Jens Hammarlund joins Xertified as Director of operations

Stockholm, 4 May 2022, Xertified AB has appointed Jens Hammarlund as Director of operations with the responsibility to develop, deliver, maintain and support all products and solutions that the company offers to the market. This covers tasks from product management to development, sourcing and logistics.

In addition, Jens will be responsible for setting up the office for research and development in Uppsala, as well as recruiting tech, development and IT teams.

With him, Jens brings 15 years of experience from several entrepreneurial ventures, as well as life-cycle management of mission-critical products and IT, predominantly in the biopharma industry.

Jens holds an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Uppsala University, where his thesis was “Channel Distribution Strategy – Developing, Testing and Evaluating a Method for Distribution Channel Expansion” – A case study of a Swedish Cyber security firm which acquired by McAfee Corp. and subsequently Intel Security Group in 2011.
